NEW!...Cafe Buchi

The Highlands neighborhood has another great restaurant, Cafe Buchi! I'm told that "buchi" is Cuban slang for espresso or coffee and they serve it hot and strong here. There are pressed sandwiches--with egg for breakfast and more traditional Cuban ones for lunch. But hold on, did I mention the empanadas? Delicious! My only complaint is more flavors, please. Love the music, neighborhood folks hanging out enjoying the free Wi-fi. Cafe Buchi is on 38th Ave. at Clay St. and I'll definitely be including this eatery in my updated Moon Denver guidebook.
